Shipping policy

All orders are normally processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may be delays outside our control with freight carriers, weather etc that can delay shipment of your order. ShearsWatchShoppe.com will do its best to keep you up to date on the progress of your order.

Invicta Shipping United States Only

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will have a multitude of options along with upfront shipping costs to choose how you receive your order. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your orders delivery from the time the carrier picks up from our distributors address.

You will receive confirmation emails along the way with tracking once your order has shipped.

All Invicta Inventory on ShearsWatchShoppe.com ships from Invicta Authorized Distributors in the United States.

Invicta Shipping to Canada - International

We offer international shipping from our Invicta Authorized Distributor to Canada Only.

ShearsWatchShoppe.com uses a cross border customs clearance broker based in Canada to manage all cross border shipping from the United States into Canada.
Shipping charges for your Canadian order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and include all provincial and federal taxes, duties, brokerage fees etc. We call it our “No Surprises” international shipping.

All incurred international shipping fees are collected up front so our Canadian clients know exactly what they need to pay to avoid at the door charges.

Please allow 7 to 10 days for international delivery from time of carrier pick up depending on where you reside in Canada. Other circumstances in shipping beyond our control may extend these timeframes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -VACH CITTONI

All Vach Cittoni products ship directly out of Canada to all available worldwide locations as set up on ShearsShoppe.com.

All incurred international customs fees and taxes for international customers are not collected at point of sale. Depending on your country of shipment, additional custom charges may apply at your port of entry. Only courier shipping fees are collected through ShearsShoppe.com

Shipping times will vary depending on where the product ships to around the world and should be updated by the courier once picked up.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 -20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shippingteam@shearsshoppe.com with your name and order number, and we will review with the logistics carrier for an update.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

ShearsWatchShoppe.com does not ship to P.O Boxes at this time.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at clientservices@shearsshoppe.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
