Return Policy

Watches will only be accepted for exchange, and only if there's a manufacturing defect; within 30 days.  No returns accepted on merchandise that have been damaged or used after delivery.

Merchandise returned for credit must be in original condition with tags and original plastics. No exceptions.

ALL merchandise returns will require an RA number. ShearsWatchShoppe.com will work with our distributor to receive an RA number once a request for return has been initiated and accepted.

Please note that an RA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection.

All merchandise being returned for exchange or credit must be in original condition, including all tags, boxes, plastic wrappings and all accessories.
Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with valid RA # written on the outside of the shipping carton.

  • A copy of your original packing slip or invoice number must be included in your return package.
  • The distributors returns receiving department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RA#. There are no exceptions.
  • We suggest that you use a ground shipping courier with tracking and insurance. Sorry, COD or freight-collect shipments will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please communicate tracking information once tracking number has been created.
